Anna Siedykh (* 2000) studied mass media communication at University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius (Trnava) and history, literary theory and comparative literary studies at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Kyiv, Ukraine). Within the Erasmus+ program, she studied Slovakian literature at the Comenius University (Bratislava) and completed an online creative writing course in the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa (2023).
She works as a cultural manager, writes for Slovak and Ukrainian media and translates Slovak and Ukrainian literature. In 2024, she published her debut poetry collection Cudzinečnosť (Foreignness, FACE), for which she was nominated for the Zlatá vlna award.
